First ultrasound at 7w1d everything looked good. Heartbeat 152. I felt nauseous from weeks 6-9 and today nothing. Also my boobs aren't sore I'm not as tired. My stomach doesn't feel full and bloated anymore. No bleeding or cramping. Next appointment isn't for 2 more weeks. I have a fetal Doppler and still can't find the heartbeat. I think I'd just feel better if I could hear it. Please send reassurance.
