Nope. I started feeling her week 15-16

I'm 22w with an anterior placenta and plus sized mostly around my tummy area and I started feeling flutters around 16-17w but sometimes it was hard to tell they were actually baby moving and I still don't feel him as often as I'd like but it's starting to get more frequent.
