So last week I was hospitalized due to severe dehydration and reflux. I was checked and was 60-70% effaced, and closed. The other day I had an appointment and they checked me again because I kept complaining of vaginal pressure and increased back pain. I am now completely open, and dilated to a 1.5, they sent me over to the hospital for contractions and to be monitored since I am only 34weeks. They were able to stop everything, or at least calm down the contractions. Basically I can go to work and come home and rest. Can't do much of anything else. They said after 35w5d they won't stop labor or contractions anymore. So they basically are wanting me to try and last another week. Got home from the hospital last night and noticed some red/orangeish discharge and doctor said that's normal after strong a cervical check. This morning I woke up and noticed small chunks of what appeared to be a mucous substance when I wiped with a small amount of that red/orangeish discharge.
