bf ex's ghost

Im pregnant with my bfs baby and I even when he says he is happy about it he acts like he doesn't care at all...I confronted him about it and he said he is focusing on getting his job back and gettin us an aparment, in the past we had a lot of fights because he couldn't stop talking about his ex we even broke up once cause he was missing her :( . My biggest issue is that I can't stop thinking that if his ex would have gotten pregnant he would've been the happiest man on the earth but unfortunately I'm having his baby instead...
