no chemistry

I'm dating a guy, we've been on 3 dates and he's really great but I just don't know if I feel chemistry with him. I haven't slept with him and I don't want to because I don't want to lead him on and I want to take things slow. But should I continue dating him if I don't feel chemistry and I don't know if I will. Is 3 dates too soon to tell if there might be chemistry?
