With recent evens I've found myself praying more than usual and I must admit that it really helps, I feel guilty for abandoning my religious roots for so long

Who else prayers regularly?

I pray every single night. I pray to thank God for all that I have. It's a time for me to reflect on things I could have done better and may not have shown my best sides. And I take a minute to acknowledge all of those who need a little help. I think praying is great even if not religious. I am a Christian, though I don't exactly follow the bible.

I find leaving a note or post it reminding myself to be grateful and present reminds me to take a step back and reflect. I like to think about prayer not as a practice or a routine but as an ongoing conversation that can be picked up whenever

I try to pray a few times a day. I hate to admit sometimes I get busy and forget I'm trying to do better even if it's just giving thanks for waking up that day.
