I'm confused pregnancy symptoms or over thinking??

12 days after having unprotected sex.. about 5 days before my app says I'm actually even beginning my fertile window. The past 5 days I've had mild cramps in my lower abdomen with a gurgling sound on and off I'm not even hungry but it's so loud! It comes and goes. It felt very tingly like around my pelvic area it was tingling almost like a electric current. Is this early pregnancy signs?? I've been peeing a lot more ! I know sperm can only live 5 days so i don't know :/ (also it says I'm in my 2nd to last day of my fertile window) I've had LOTS of white discharge.
