the previa waiting game

Just had my 24 week ultrasound, still have previa! It was complete, now it's partial but still covering most of my cervix. I was planning on going back to work next week, because at my last scan she was so confident it would be resolved by now. Unfortunately I'm still out of work until my next scan in 4 weeks. Any of you mamas out there go through this and have it clear up? Did you end up having a c section or delivering vaginally?
