Do you lose a lot of hair after birth?

I'm so worried that after I give birth Il lose a lot of hair, the area next to my temples is already kind of thin. I'm worried I'm going to have bald spots after the baby is born. 😓 Do women typically lose clumps of hair or just more strands when brushing and washing?

I lost heaps but not in clumps, just lots of strands

I would have hand fulls of hear when washing my hair or didn't brush for a day or two and a few extra trans if I brushed everyday.. good luck. I cut my hair short a few times and it thickens up! Maybe that will do the trick!??
