Restless leg syndrome???

I'm dying of rls right now, I'm up and moving all day and totally exhausted. When I lay down I'm getting rls, i wanna cry. Anybody else getting this? I have an appointment next week - hopefully figure it out.

I have it pretty bad, too. I haven't found a solution but I just have my husband hold my legs under his in bed until I fall asleep. The weight helps and I don't wake up with it throughout the night or anything. Also no caffeine or sugary drinks before bed.

Yes! I get really bad rls, I had to buy compression socks!

I got it yesterday in my arm. I experienced this in my arms and legs intermittently probably around 10-12 years ago, unrelated to pregnancy. But I think it's common in pregnancy. I just rotated my shoulder about 20 times and tried to stretch it out, and it went away.

I have it normally without pregnancy and take prescription meds. But something to help otherwise is make sure you're hydrated and you're iron isn't low too. You can ask you're dr about checking those for you.
