Is this a sleep regression? 4.5 months

My son has been sleeping MORE often during the day but waking more often at night. Sometimes every half hour! He usually nurses and will go back to sleep but waking so often is giving me terrible headaches!

They say the 4 month sleep regression is a thing! I believe it because my 4 month old did it but she's 4.5 months now and is sleeping again!
