Eye twitching and ringing in my one ear? 19 weeks

Hi I'm 19 weeks pregnant and my left eye keeps twitching that started about a week ago on and off all day and now my ears are starting to ring with a high pitched sound. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it all normal?

I'm 16 weeks and my eye has been twitching like crazy for over 2 weeks now! I didn't think it was a symptom but apparently it maybe due to mineral deficiency- potassium, magnesium or iron?
