Can someone help me out?? I feel disgusting for describing it like this...

I'm 40 weeks 3 days pregnant, I'm 2cm dilated and 90% effaced and my husband and I had sex last night, well I wake up every hour on the hour to go pee, but EVERY SINGLE TIME I got up, I felt "slimy" or "wet" between my (TMI) "lips" (I don't know the proper term for it)🙈 Almost like I had been aroused... When I would wipe, there would be very thin, watery/slimy discharge... And I know it's not from having sex because this morning when I woke up, I'm still leaking this stuff, and it's coming in abundance because it almost feels like it's gonna drip down my legs if I don't clean myself up... I've been trying to read up on it, but all I'm getting is that it's a sign of impending labor because normal pregnancy discharge is thick and white, and once you're close to labor it becomes thin, clear, and watery/slimy.
