morning sickness. any remedies?

I'm feeling super nauseous every morning I wake up.. I head to the bathroom to puke I bought some coke and crackers to eat before I get up in the morning. Does anyone have any good remedies that helped? I can barely move around in the morning without getting sick..

I was going to call my doctor but I don't want them to tell me to just suck it up.

I have an appointment the 18th so many they can help!!
