35w and already dialating

I thought ny water was leaking today because i have gushing liquid that smells sweet, almost potatoish. That was new to me so just to be safe i went and got checked at L&D. It turns out it wasnt my amniotic fluid, but im already 80% effaced and 3cm dilated and still having gushes of something. How long do you guys think i have? Do any of you think i will go to term?
