Is labor near?!

I've been dilated to a 1cm since 34 weeks and now I'm a few days away from 37 and doctor said I am 75% effaced and my cervix is very favorable. I have been having a ton of pressure in my pelvic region with a lot of sharp, stabbing pains in my vagina, insomnia, and now I'm getting nauseated off and on... haven't vomited, but very close... does this all mean labor can be near??
