"phantom periods" while BF
I've been having a lot of period symptoms this week, cramps, fatigue, headache, super bad bloating. I haven't had my period since LO. I googled and says either pregnancy (very small chance I'm
Pregnant) or phantom periods. So basically while BF have period symptoms but no actual bleeding. Anyone else experience this? I'd almost rather AF at least then I'd know wtf is going on with my body!!!
