pinched nerve

So after my induction took 62 hours, which I was in a crappy hospital bed for the entire time because they wouldn't let me walk around, I came out of delivery with numbness in my leg. Constant tingling and numbness. Finally found out I have a pinched nerve. I always had sciatica before the baby but only while laying on my back. I'm told bc it took so long to get a diagnosis (because for 6 months my primary doctor told me it was nothing) I probably have permanent nerve damage. Anyone else have a pinched nerve from either carrying a baby or labor?
