Tick Bite During Pregnancy

Has anybody gotten a tick bite before in pregnancy? I found one on me this morning after hiking yesterday evening (tick was attached for maybe 15 hours) at 18wks+5. Some of the things I'm reading online are scaring me with Lyne disease being linked to fetal death. I called my OB today and they stated that since the tick was attached for less than 24 hours that the risk was low, and that I should just monitor and report symptoms. But now, 24 hours later, I'm noticing a rash around the bite that could be the stereotypical bullseye rash, no other symptoms. What did you mommas do if you were bitten?
