Can your baby turn from the head down position ??

Posted picture for attention !!!! 
Can your baby turn around from head down position back to Breached at 9 months pregnant ???  One day my stomach felt weird and I didn't feel her head down there and she was in a ball in the middle of my stomach.

Not very likely at all but if the baby is small or there is a lot of fluid (polyhydramnios) yes it's possible.

Generally once they've engaged in the pelvis, they stay head down since their head is kind of kept in place. 
That said, I had it happen with #2 at 36, but it was only after a slip on the stairs jarred the LO out. I spent the next week doing all kinds of crazy contortions to get the little bugger to flip back and made sure my chiropractor was aware so she could perform the Webster technique. Thankfully at my next appointment we were back to head down, except the kid floated outside the pelvis until labor 2 weeks later and had me freaking out that we'd go breech again.

My son was head down at 35 weeks and then flipped breech at 36 weeks, but the doctor told me that it doesn't usually happen like that.

It's not super likely but you can't rule it out. I actually just asked my midwife that tonight cus baby has been head down for 4 weeks now but I'm 32 weeks. She said generally once they're head down like that for a while they just stay but it's possible they could do a full flip and you'd definitely feel it. So I'm just staying conscious of my posture and my exercises and hoping my little girl stays that way

Yes. My son turned from head down to breech every damn week. He was breech at 40 weeks, my midwife had him turn just before starting my induction.
