Does anyone eat gluten free and nurse? I ate gf before getting pregnant but heard that avoiding certain foods could cause them to be sensitive so I stopped in hopes that LO wouldn't be sensitive. I thought he was getting gas bc of it so I cut it graduaLly , since then I've noticed a significant decrease in my supply. Anyone else notice this?
