URGENTLY NEED ADVICE

Since 6pm last night I have been throwing up whatever food what I ate before that, now it's got to the point where it is just GREEN stomach bile and I have been having incredibly watery diahhrea
I've phoned the doctors and am waiting for a call back(only option they had)
I'm worried I'm dehydrated and it's harming my baby.....I'm trying to drink water when I can, sipping it so
