I work at the Y in the child watch area so I see a lot of diaper bags. This dad comes in with his 7 month old twin girls and this amazing diaper backpack. The brand is cateep. He said it's so much easier having it stable on his back instead of over a shoulder and dropping on a baby. It has a bunch of insulated pouches for milk and bottles and a bunch of pockets for extras. I found one on amazon for $40 and got it for my baby too.
