nose bleeds during tww

Hi ladies! Has anyone experienced nose bleeds during their tww and go on to get a BFP? I woke up yesterday and this morning with nose bleeds. I rarely get them and when I do it's usually when my body is very warm like a fever, and not two days in a row. Im about 6-7dpo. Thanks!
