iui And the 2ww!!

A week ago today, I had my first IUI with only 1 mature follicle. Today, I'm feeling kind of tired, my breasts are super sore and I have weird cramping and twinges in my lower abdomen. I'm trying not to look too much into it because I'm so scared of another month of heartbreak. Has anyone ever had these symptoms after an IUI and been pregnant? I'm going crazy! 1 more week to go!
