My family is in a very tough situation and we can no longer afford food. I applied for welfare. In our situation, we should definitely be approved. But its a matter of... when? How long does it usually take to be approved and get help? Right now were surviving off of one small WIC check a month which is pretty much just beans, milk, juice, and peanut butter. Its not enough. Does anyone know how long it takes to get accepted?
