Yesterday my husband and I had are our first ultrasound where we found out I am 6w2d. They also didn't find a heartbeat, which I didn't worry so much about. However, lastnight I was spotting, this morning I was spotting and then later on in the day I went to the bathroom and it was more blood and red. When I wiped there were even some clots, nothing big kind of like a normal period. I did have a Vaginal ultrasound. I don't go to the doctor again until Tuesday. Is this something I should be highly concerned of, do you think this is the start of a miscarriage?
