I've been actively TTC for the past 8 months. I have PCOS and I take metformin which helps keep my periods very regular. AF was due to come today, but didn't. I was feeling a little constipated all day, and when I was finally able to "go" I had some light vaginal spotting... and I'm absolutely positive it was vaginal because I checked. Is this cause for concern? There has been no blood since, not even after sex (with orgasm). I had what I thought was a vvvvvvfl on a test today, could it be early pregnancy? Or am I driving myself crazy?
