cracked nipple won't heal :(

I'm 2 months into BF and my left nipple has been cracked since almost the beginning! I've used lanolin, lanolin free nipple cream & coconut oil but nothing seems to be healing it. Also, they get super hard and perk up and it's almost impossible to touch them they're so tender 😩 we've corrected the latch issue and most of the time I use a nipple shield and I also got bigger flanges for my pump so idk what else to do!
