So my babe is 5 months and was ebf until 4  months when I started introducing solids. I have noticed a slight change in my supply, I can only pump max 3 oz and that's trying to pump every two hours all day! Any advice? Should I supplement formula when I leave him with grandma?

Are you nursing too? The more you remove from your breasts the more you will produce. If you are nursing nurse first the. Pump 15 min later. Also you can try power pumping for a week or so and see how that helps.
