I spoke to two doctors and they said all these “things” to dry up milk supply is bullshit and totally fake. No pill or leaf will dry your supply. You will make milk likely til the day you die unless you continually express or have had supply issues in the past.
Seizures can dry up supply.
But the only thing is just not feeding and letting it run its course. Rubbing out lumps and expressing til comfortable so as not to get an infection, and cold gel packs to reduce infection and pain.
I had to endure that and still make milk. I know women in their 30s, 50s and 70s who still produce milk. It’s just a little though, of course.

I used the sudafed and it worked..took 5 days.
