What can i do.....

I think my period will be late again... Had sex on my fertile days but i feel fine...do i buy tests for every month... It was late in jan and i got it in feb.. Not pregnant then.. Had bloodwork and ultrasound to check for cysts... How can i regulate my cycle monthly... I was on the pill for 7 years... So flustrated
