BAD MORNING SICKNESS

Ugh... it just hit me. My appetite was abnormally large for the past few weeks... I could eat anything and everything. Now, I can hardly think of anything appetizing. Cheesy grits and MAYBE some fruit are the only foods I could handle eating right now. So, ladies, I need your help. What foods got you through morning sickness? Or even drinks? What settled your stomach and got you through the day..?
