I just had my 1st OBGYN appointment & I feel so bad because my mom told me to tell the doctor that I need a Pap smear test & I THINK she said to let him know about some pain I was having but idk, I forgot what she told me because that was 2 weeks ago. Anyways, I went there & he asked me the basic questions like when was your last period, are you on medication, are you sexually active, etc. & after that he said "So what can I help you with?" I told him I was just there for an annual check up & a Pap smear test. So then he got out his tools & did the test & then he told me to get dressed & he went over my paperwork & then I left but I never told him about a horrible period I had about 2 months ago because I didn't remember until I was about to leave & he never asked me any questions but then I was thinking maybe I should've told him when he asked what can he help me with but IDK GUYS 😫 & then I'm thinking if I would've told him then he would've been like "Okay, so what other tests do you need done?" & I don't know y'all. All I know is that out of my whole 21 years of life, I had 1 really bad period  but I didn't die or anything. Every other period after that was straight but I feel so stupid because I feel like that's very important info he should've known but I also feel like it's kinda irrelevant because if I don't know what kinda test they need to give me then there's not much that they could've answered about that mysterious period so idk. It was my first appointment so idk man. I just feel really dumb & I feel like my mom is gonna cuss me out because she's gonna be furious that I didn't tell the doctor because that's important.
