Pelvic Pain After Workout?
Hi there... wondering if anyone else has experienced light-medium pelvic pain or pressure after a workout? I did 60 mins of a HIIT workout. I didn't push myself hard or anything like that, and it's definitely not the first time I've done this workout while pregnant.
I'm 14 weeks and the "pain" feels more like a pinch or stretching sensation. It's a bit difficult to walk or move even. I felt it a little when I was on the treadmill during the workout tbh, but the feeling has been a lot stronger since finishing.
