let down?
I have been breastfeeding and my breasts were soft and not producing much colostrum now today they're hard and I'm leaking ?? Is this what they say is the let down? If so it sucks bc I'm currently on meds that have breastfeeding on pause due to a spinal headache from epidural leakage
