1week since I gave birth to my daughter - this is my postpartum body.
1 day after v. 1 week
I gave birth April 7th. & before having my baby I was little co corned about what I would look like but I'm actually proud of myself and can't wait to see what I look like a month from now. I've decided to completely transition to a vegan diet since I left the hospital, something I've been wanting to do forever but didn't want to drastically change my diet while pregnant. I don't have that much of an appetite right now, but I've been drinking protein packed smoothies with Maca powder (to help balance my hormones) and today I finally started taking my placenta capsules and I guess I have more energy. Can't really tell yet! My milk supply is great and I will continue to breastfeed for as long as we can both stand! Honestly, breastfeeding has been the hardest part about our new beginnings and it's getting easier everyday day 😊 Nova is also only waking up around 2-3 times a night now & staying awake to learn and observe a little longer each day. Even though I had a 3 year old step daughter already, I am enjoying being a new mommy and these new experiences I am having after giving birth and getting to know this life I created and my new body. So we are doing awesome!! I'm excited to start working out again and start my journey to a NEW, healthy, strong body... Pregnancy is so amazing and I can't believe how perfect my baby girl is... I'm excited about forever ahead of us 💕
