Hello ladies! I've had the most regular period of all time, never have I ever been late and it's always exactly 28 days. Last month it showed up 3 days early with some of the worst cramps I've ever had. I swore I popped a cyst. This month it's not here and we're going on 3 days late. Not prego. So any tips on helping it show up? I'm having sex more, drinking juice lol! What do I do? I feel gross that is hasn't started yet. Also a little worried something is wrong :/
