MISSCARIAGE ?!

i need help. i really believed i was pregnant had all the pregnancy symptoms but never a pregnancy positive test and a week ago i started spotting and seeing blood only when i wiped . 3 days it's was brownish pinkish , another 3 it was bright red . today a lot of blood was on my pad and weird things in it like blood clots but not exactly along with really severe cramps . can it be a misscarriage ? i'm really broken hearted
UPDATE : i've missed my period two months so i strongly believed i was pregnant . and since my family had a history of delayed positive i thought it was that case 
UPDATE 2 : after the spotting it started to stain my under wear but not a constant flow just a lot of blood in like sessions . for two days and now nothing the two day one of them as really light stained one pad and nothing for the rest of the day

If you never had a positive pregnancy test its just your period. Sometimes pms symptoms mimic pregnancy symptoms

I just had a miscarriage and had zero cramps just a lot of bleeding.. so it could have been.
