Does anyone happen to know what it means When you have a lot of ketones in your urine? I have Gestational Diabetes. & the midwife I saw told me I had a higher # of ketones in my urine but didn't tell me anything further about it. It was a very bad visit where she was yelling at me & started telling me that my baby was going to end up in the icu or dead. So I didnt even ask her anything about it. But I obviously would like to know if I'm ok or if the baby's okay...I'm 24 wks..😔
