Ex girlfriend 💭😩

Hi ladies

I need some girly advice or opinions.

Long story short, I know I shouldn't of been snooping but I looked on my boyfriends Facebook to find he's been searching his ex gf quite frequently and then sent her an message on Facebook bare in mind she deleted him months ago. I couldn't see what the message was or anything.

I know and respect what they had, they finished due to unforeseen circumstances but it makes me feel not good enough. I have told him how I feel but didn't mention the snooping and won't tell him😔

Should I worry? Am I over reacting? Should I take a step back?

Doesn't help I'm on my af and it's easter so I'm scoffing chocolate feeling sorry for myself needed girly reassurance 😩😔😶
