Ten days post-MC I started using OPKs again and got several (expected) negative results in a row. Two weeks post-MC I just got a positive OPK, and was thrilled! But now I'm hearing sometimes post-MC your body can give off a false positive for ovulation? I MCed naturally and Dr confirmed there was nothing left/no need for D&C.
