I found out mine at 13w4d and confirmed again at 20w1d so 17w you will be able to find out as long as baby lets you

I found out the gender of my baby at 18 weeks.. u should be able to at 17

If your doing an ultrasound yes they should be able to tell you unless baby isn't being cooperative.
