So my SO doesn't do this very often but every once in a while...like now... He will stay up to play a video game.  There is no earthly reason for me to get mad but I do everytime. He spent all day with me and doesn't have to get up early but I do. But I can't sleep without him and I get mad because it's such a dumb reason to stay up but then I get mad at myself for being so selfish! This issue always causes a fight no matter how much we talk about it. 😰 I just want it to stop but I can't understand why it upsets me! Sorry...just looking for advise!
