Is it safe to paint when you are pregnant?

I painted our entire house at 19 weeks and everything is fine. I couldn't have the windows open because it's winter but I made sure to buy a zero fume and no VOC paint. It also took me a lot longer because I had to keep stopping to have brakes. Be careful when using ladders and stretching super high.

I used dulux paint and had no issue. I painted in winter and couldn't have a window open.

My obgyn said to make sure it is well ventilated and use low oder paint

I painted the exterior of our house with my hub and I was fine...I think... Def recommend highly ventilating the area in which you're working and take lots of breaks
