Help please
I've had bits of my mucus plug come out which I didn't think was a big deal because I know it regenerates but yesterday a very large piece came out and since then I've been having horrible cramping to the point of not being able to walk. I'm really nervous. Please help I'm 18 weeks on Wednesday and a ftm
