hey ladies to those that have been trying for a while & are now pregnant what did you do differently????

I started using ovulation tests and PreSeed.

We got a bfp last week after 16 months ttc. It was our second month using opks and first month using Pre-seed. (We actually only used it literally one time) And I ate pineapple core because it's supposed to help implantation.

Temping. I'm not sure if everyone's temps are the same but before ovulation my temp would go low for a day then really low then the next day shoot up meaning ovulation. Have sex on those low days and the ovulation day. Also checking cervical mucas.
