I wasted a test.

Ok so my period is due to start tomorrow so I took a test yesterday afternoon. I didn't want my fiancé to know I was testing because if it came out positive I wanted to surprise him. Well I just finished putting the drops in the test and I hear him come in the house yelling to ask if I was ok in there. So I quickly put the test under the sink and walked out of the bathroom. I went back later but it was passed the time frame to look at it so I knew that I couldn't trust the test. There is a faint line. I'm just wondering if it has color or not because I have heard that beeps don't have color. I just need honesty here. I know I looked passed the time frame I'm just asking if you see color.
