My son is about 9 months and uncircumcised and today when changing his diaper I noticed it was red at the base of his penis, it didn't quite look like a rash  but it was hard to tell. If he had a bladder infection would you notice any redness on the outside? We have an appointment for his monthly check up this week and I will ask then but I just want to make sure I don't need to call and go in sooner if it's more serious!
