Eczema??

Question

My 6th month old baby girl has been suffering from these breakouts. Her dr said it's eczema but I doubt it. Is anyone else dealing with the same? There are days she's  better and other days she's really bad. Any suggestions? Pls help! Thanks

My son has it also.  We found that cetaphil excema soap and lotion works the best

Same here. I use coconut oil & Vaseline. It's helped tons & the redness is gone.

Aveeno baby eczema therapy lotion daily, and when she gets flair ups aveeno eczema bath therapy. It usually clears up within a few days!
Otherwise my nephew had it really bad (caused sores) my brother found Neutrogena hand cream Norwegian formula and his is gone, and they use it occasionally on his flair ups. They used everything under the moon and drs recommendations and nothing ever works, changed diet... still got everything bad until he found that and it's more miracles.

That looks like eczema to me which is what my daughter has. When it's that bad I use cortizone 10 cream 2x a day on the spots she's broken out with and cover with aquaphor after I put on cortizone. When the rash goes away I stop the cortizone since it's a steroid after all. I use Shea moisture shampoo for her baths which are 1x every 3-4 days with just slightly warmer than Luke warm water. Her eczema stays gone for the most part.

SheaMoisture has eczema bar soap and a balm. Never tried balm but soap cleared up for 6 months so far! Its Amazballs!

My baby has severe dry skin! Honestly I have used everything!  I only give her a bath once every 3 days which kills me but her skin has gotten better and I put baby eucerine on her constantly! That stuff has worked wonders and has been the only thing to help. Coconut oil I've tried but it hasn't worked and aquaphor but that hasn't helped either

My son had that exact back breakout. We used the mustela stelatopia line, which is their eczema line. Used their bath oil daily, bath soap (every other day), and moisturizing balm (twice daily). His back was significantly better after the first day.

My son was at the doctors today cause of this. Doctor said baby eczema is very common. She prescribed him Epaderm emollient which can be used in his bath as a soap substitute and as a moisturiser.
